I had used the webroot internet security very satisfactorily for 3 years, however, encounterrred great difficulty renewing it this year. I got notice that my security was renewed, but my compute continued to say my security was "expired". I took it to GEEK service and they couldn't get it to renew either. They solved the problem by uninstalling the old program and then reinstalling it. It took them over an hour to do this. The service person was very helpful and went out of her way to be helpful to me throughout the process.
