    Good basic anti-virus and computer watch dog, but don't depend on Geek Squad (if you can even get hold of them) to help you use it.

    We have the yearly plan....We were suppose to get our TV last Friday....later that day,,,no email came in to tell us its been rescheduled for tomorrow Saturday. But, no email has come to us on that either...I called later in the day last Friday because we waited all day.....I spoke with a gal who said it had been rescheduled to tomorrow. I told her the situation of no customer service with a yearly plan that we pay for to extra customer service....So, we are waiting anxiously for our 77inch TV tomorrow!!!
