    The young lady who helped me by talking me through making sure our coverage was continued was most patient and kind with me. I'm 71 and not at all tech savvy so I need all the help I can get.

    My wife uses the techs by phone all time and likes very much the service. I use the store techs since I can't type fast, oh well. Techs do a great job and I'll be there soon for a clean up of computer junk.

    I found out that I will be charged if someone comes to my home to help me set up my printer for scanning. I also understand I will need to pay more money for coverage on my devices if they break down. What is the membership for?
