I have had this coverage for several years and am extremely happy with it. You never know when something may go wrong with your computer or other tech products and they are just a phone call away. I was just now having trouble with my printer. It suddenly started printing blank pages. I called Geek Squad and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes I highly recommend this subscription service.
