    The microwave had problems from the start. I think I should have been able to return it. I didn't have it a month before it finally died. I was directed to LG the manufacturer. The only option I was given was a home repair. It needed a new fuse. The fuse was replaced and that fuse promptly blew. The repair guy is going to try one more thing. It's been a month and a half. It's okay, I can be patient but I think I should have been able to return it to Best Buy.

    My problem was fixed but not completely. I now have to do a work around with my outlook. And I am still getting popups on my internet
