Have not had this new version long enough to know if I like it or not. I had Webroot a few years ago and was Very Satisfied with it.

I have no idea what you want here, I don't even understand how this works. You just charge my credit card and that's not right with me.

Good product, just very hard to add extra device. I had to buy a second subscription for new computer.

This is a continuation of my annual computer security subscription. Webroot appears to work well in that I do not attract an inordinate number of scam messages. I use this software in conjunction with Geek Squad assistance to solve problems I cannot solve without professional assistance. The program does what it is advertised and identifies minor problems before they can become major headaches.

Webroot has interface problems with my Microsoft surface..had Geek Squad work on my laptop twice this year.

The product is fine ...but I was quoted different prices, until I corrected the agent!

This annual payment more than doubled in a year. Why? That seems like too much of an increase for only one year.

I’ve had this new application for three years and every time I call for support due to installation - the geek squad is never any help. They insist I should work through troubleshooting myself. There’s something wrong with the installation in my computer. I believe because they know we need them, They’re not very kind. The reason why I canceled my yearly plan with Best Buy in the first place.

Webroot has never found anything sinister on my computer. However, it misses a lot of less dangerous things that clog up my computer.

Nothing more to say about this product, useful but wish I could just buy what I use

Webroot was eliminated by Best Buy’s total protection in 2025 forcing me to buy Trend Micro. Now in 2026 my Best Buy automatic renewal added Webroot to my cart without informing me, just tried to slip it by as a renewal when they knew I was not purchased last year. Disgraceful!

The BestBuy Total Tech ad and purchase site say that Webroot is included in the package, but it is NOT. That's very misleading advertising, when there is an extra $20+tax charge for Webroot. Product is fine; advertising is not!

Appreciate the peace of mind from this program, however I am currently enrolled in an annual subscription of "Geek Squad" which according to my documents reveal that the Webroot program is "included" in the subscription. Recent activity reveals that a charge of $19.99 was charged against my credit card for the very same entity "Webroot" that is supposedly included with my Geek Squad payment.

This Webroot security system seems to be doing a good job for me.

Reasonably priced & seems to get the job done adequately well in conjunction with my Panda Cloud Cleaner.

I paid for Webroot and the Keycode that was given would NOT work!!!! I have talked to 6 Geek Squad reps since 11/28/25. They act as it is my fault the code does NOT work until I am asked to be put on hold and hangup! Very disappointed! As of 1/2/2026 I still do not have Webroot! So disappointed in Best Buy.

No problems with hackers at this time. Nothing else to say.

Renewed in November 2025, but getting message from Webroot everyday that I am not covered by Webroot and my contract has expired. Contacted The Geek Squad/Billing department at Best Buy North Canton, Ohio and both agree that I renewed, but Webroot sends messages everyday that I am not covered.

I've used Microsoft ever since I purchased my first computer. It's easy to use and I like the automatic renewal.

I cannot find Webroot on my new laptop. I need to bring it back in to get this fixed, when I get time.
