It is impossible for me to explain the absolute VALUE WEBROOT Virus Protection and Total Tech has been for me. Actually, this wasn't so much a purchase as help straighten out my account after the credit card number was changed after an attempted unauthorized use required the change of the card number. The in-person customer assistance was quick, completely painless, courteous, and friendly. Can't as for more. However, I'm so tired of these requests for reviews after every purchase, by every source, large or small. Now I usually ignore these requests but this occasion was so painless it merited a response.

I am so glad I have Webroot and have been using it for over 15 years. It is well worth it for peace of mind given all the computer malware danger that has only increased over time. It scans my computer very quickly and alerts me to anything that could potentially allow a virus to enter. I use it both on my home and office computer and unlike my coworkers who have had to deal with viruses on their computers it has never been a problem for me.

I was afraid of a new purchase not knowing much about home appliances. A replacement fridge was long overdue. My daughter and I measured the wall space and figured the fridge would fit. The fear increased when i received the delivery check off list, oops I wasn’t sure if the fridge would fit in the door and not sure it would be the best for my family. I went ahead and agreed with the check off. Here we are on the delivery date, I received a call from the crew providing an ETA. The crew arrived, introduced themselves, looked at the area, checked for clearance on the doorway. The door needed to be removed in order for my new fridge to fit. Without a delay nor fuss they got it done. Thank you to this Amazing team of gentleman, the fridge was delivered and installed without a problem. We are satisfied with our purchase.

The Geek Squad is a great service I use to maintain my computer and protect it from online viruses. They are available 24/7 during weekdays, Saturdays & Sundays. The representatives are helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Customers can't ask for a better reliable, and on-time service when they've run out of answers and need help fast. This protection for your Best Buy devices is well worth the money if you have more than one device. Geek Squad service has been excellent every time I've used it, and it's good to not think twice about the cost of product service and repair. Highly recommend the service.

Frustrated that every time it has done a check, it says I have lots of temporary internet files. I delete them only to get the same message next time. I rarely use the laptop and even more rarely access the internet in it. It did not catch some malware recently requiring a trip to Geek Squad.

I cannot express enough how much it has helped me to have the internet yearly security subscription. It has given me so much peace of mind. If you have not purchased this service you need to just talk to them and find out the many, many ways they can help you. I will never be without it!

I have had to use my annual subscription several times through the years and am thankful to have it. I am disabled and the closest Best Buy to me is over an hour away. Sometimes I am not physically able with my spinal damage to make that long of a trip. Being able to have someone remote access it at times has been a life saver. Thank you for having this service as well as the instore Geek Squad. When I can't sleep from pain and can watch tv by computer it makes all the difference.

I have used Webroot from Best Buy for many years and I am very satisfied with this product. There have been no issues and I feel safe from any security issues with Webroot. It is easy to use and it will automatactly do a security scan plus you can manually run a scan when ever you feel the need to do so. I definetley recomend this product.

Although I am an experienced user of computers and the internet I am not a technician by any stretch of the imagination, At least once a year and sometimes more I get into a jam where I just cannot figure out why my computer is stuck or why I can't get access to something I know is "in there." That is when I call the Geek Squad and ask for help. The associates I have interacted with are always calm and ask the right questions to get at my problem. Their ability to "take over" my computer while I am on the line with them is amazing. I highly recommend this service and believe the price is a bargain.

I have used Webroot the entire time since purchasing my current pc. No software problems or serious internet threats have occurred with each scan. It provides optimum security and protection for my pc and I continue to renew my contract annually. I have used other software in the past but Webroot stands out above the others. Webroot is an excellent tool for online protection, computer hard drive protection and computer efficiency. Prior to webroot I had all kinds of issues engaging with technology. Webroot resolved most of those engagement issues.

Webroot has been good for several years. It came as part of my membership to "Total", which is a "joke", so I cancelled "Total" and kept Webroot. My problem with Webroot is that I can not find how to remove one of my Personal Computers from my protection list to free up for another computer. The computer to remove from the list totally crashed, can't be turned on.

Best Buy is definitely the BEST place for everything. As a customer, I have purchased appliances, computers, phones with complete satisfaction. I always purchase warranties with all products and services and have never felt sorry and problems handled immediately. Best Buy is above and beyond the best place to shop

I love having the Best Buy Internet Security Yearly Subscription, because I don't have to pay for anything that goes wrong with my DELL LAPTOP. All I have to do is call GEEK SQUAD and setup an appointment to bring my DELL LAPTOP in for them to fix it for FREE.

WEBROOT is a phenomenal product that I highly recommend for protecting your computer. Best Buy recommended it and installed it for me after purchasing my new computer. I have been 100% safe since it has been installed. Very easy to pay for my new membership each year, as well. Thoroughly pleased with this product.
