I have used Webroot for years and it has always provided excellent security for my laptop.

I enjoy using webroot. This product protects my computer and prevent hackers from damaging my computer. The quality of web group is excellent.

Simple to use. I've never had a virus since using this program

Although I am an experienced user of computers and the internet I am not a technician by any stretch of the imagination, At least once a year and sometimes more I get into a jam where I just cannot figure out why my computer is stuck or why I can't get access to something I know is "in there." That is when I call the Geek Squad and ask for help. The associates I have interacted with are always calm and ask the right questions to get at my problem. Their ability to "take over" my computer while I am on the line with them is amazing. I highly recommend this service and believe the price is a bargain.

I am always impressed with the Webroot Internet Security. I appreciate having this security since on occasion I do visit the internet and I realize that may sometimes end up not being a good thing if it isn't a legitimate site; leaving the possibility of identity theft.

Webroot has performed perfectly for our internet security. As well, I like the automatic renewal. With our lives being so busy, we might forget to renew something so important.

I love this antivirus software. It’s reasonably priced, I’ve been using it now for at least five years, and it has any virus issues for that entire period of time. I used to seem to have virus issues, on a semi regular basis and all that is gone. This product is almost magical. I love it.

WebRoot has been my antivirus for several years. I find it's utilities section helpful. I feel secure on the web when WebRoot approves certain sites.

Webroot pretty much came with my purchase of the Best Buy Protection Plan - they use it when working on my computer(s) when I contact them, and Webroot sends me notices from time to time. I run it occasionally myself and it seems pretty decent, but it's not always clear about what I should do or not do in order to prevent problems on my system.

AN EASY RENEWAL OF WEBROOT'S BASIC VIRUS PROTECTION

I have had to use my annual subscription several times through the years and am thankful to have it. I am disabled and the closest Best Buy to me is over an hour away. Sometimes I am not physically able with my spinal damage to make that long of a trip. Being able to have someone remote access it at times has been a life saver. Thank you for having this service as well as the instore Geek Squad. When I can't sleep from pain and can watch tv by computer it makes all the difference.

Feel very secure with this Webroot Security and how easy it is to use

Runs in the background. Dashboard has lights (red/green/yellow) to draw attention to the areas that need attention. I'm not overly techy, so that helps me. Doesn't interrupt my computer usage like Norton did. Renews automatically so I never have to worry about whether I'm protected.
