Webroot is a great antivirus product.

We did, however, run into issues in getting them installed. You people would not install, because of the condition of our water taps. THey wanted to take the new appliances back. We objected and they agreed. It meant we had to have a plumber come to do the installation. We were simply disappointed that such matters are not presented BEFORE arrangements are made.

I decided to try it & I have been very happy with it. I have not had any issues and if I have questions, Best Buy's Geek Squad is quick to answer answer them. I am a satisfied customer!

I am so glad that webroot is doing a fantastic job for me. I don’t worry about anything and if I do I know I can run the scan again and if still questionable I can contact the geek squad to help me figure everything out and gets it running 100%.
