Daniel was awesome! Knowledgeable and committed to fixing our TV problem. After fixing the most arcane problem- a broken ribbon cable- he re-booted the whole system snd installed all upgrades and made sure the septuagenerian users were up and running. Thank you.

I am always impressed with the Webroot Internet Security. I appreciate having this security since on occasion I do visit the internet and I realize that may sometimes end up not being a good thing if it isn't a legitimate site; leaving the possibility of identity theft.

Runs in the background. Dashboard has lights (red/green/yellow) to draw attention to the areas that need attention. I'm not overly techy, so that helps me. Doesn't interrupt my computer usage like Norton did. Renews automatically so I never have to worry about whether I'm protected.
