Love the protection program. I feel secure with the program.

Although I am an experienced user of computers and the internet I am not a technician by any stretch of the imagination, At least once a year and sometimes more I get into a jam where I just cannot figure out why my computer is stuck or why I can't get access to something I know is "in there." That is when I call the Geek Squad and ask for help. The associates I have interacted with are always calm and ask the right questions to get at my problem. Their ability to "take over" my computer while I am on the line with them is amazing. I highly recommend this service and believe the price is a bargain.

Have webb root on pc and has done a great job since i have had it. Easy to use

Webroot scans my computer once every 24 hours. Since I started my subscription, Webroot has found and removed at least 6 threats. I feel safer having this security system on my computer.

So far it is doing a great job, and easy to use It is easy to access the icon and start the Webroot.

The total protection program is outstanding. The Geek Squad is always very helpful and knowledgeable!

Webroot pretty much came with my purchase of the Best Buy Protection Plan - they use it when working on my computer(s) when I contact them, and Webroot sends me notices from time to time. I run it occasionally myself and it seems pretty decent, but it's not always clear about what I should do or not do in order to prevent problems on my system.

You don't need to worry with this security product.

I am glad we have Webroot to prevent viruses from getting into the computer. It does the automatic scans and it is seemless.

Webroot is a good protection plan for my laptop. Keeps my laptop secure.
