Webroot continues to provide excellent protection for my system. I have no issues and it automatically runs diagnostics and provides reports on what is going on on my computer.

I have had to use my annual subscription several times through the years and am thankful to have it. I am disabled and the closest Best Buy to me is over an hour away. Sometimes I am not physically able with my spinal damage to make that long of a trip. Being able to have someone remote access it at times has been a life saver. Thank you for having this service as well as the instore Geek Squad. When I can't sleep from pain and can watch tv by computer it makes all the difference.

I have bought this webroot security protection for the last 10 years for 3 computers . I get notifications of different things that have been blocked and a report showing what they were, so I know it is doing the job.
