I have renewed my subscription to Webroot for a number of years and I will continue to do so for many years to come. It truly provide good protection. The included utilities to do system optimization and system analyst are extremely good. It is an excellent product at a very reasonable price. I would recommend it for anyone who needs this type of software.

Quick, easy and always on--auto-renew is good as I'd not remember and often don't see in email as important.

Frustrated that every time it has done a check, it says I have lots of temporary internet files. I delete them only to get the same message next time. I rarely use the laptop and even more rarely access the internet in it. It did not catch some malware recently requiring a trip to Geek Squad.

I cannot express enough how much it has helped me to have the internet yearly security subscription. It has given me so much peace of mind. If you have not purchased this service you need to just talk to them and find out the many, many ways they can help you. I will never be without it!

This product has proved to be one of the best things I have ever purchased. I have renewed for many years now and the support has been second to none. The online support has saved countless hours of software support, usually within just a few hours the support person has identified what malware has invaded my computer and resolved the problem. I do not have the expertise to do this on my own and am greatfull for the support. In a nutshell, this is the best product i have ever purchased, in my opinion this was a great value and without any hesitation, i highly recommend both Geek Squad and Webroot, this is a great value.

Webroot has been good for several years. It came as part of my membership to "Total", which is a "joke", so I cancelled "Total" and kept Webroot. My problem with Webroot is that I can not find how to remove one of my Personal Computers from my protection list to free up for another computer. The computer to remove from the list totally crashed, can't be turned on.
