Can't manage subscription.

It came as part of my membership to "Total", which is a "joke", so I cancelled "Total" and kept Webroot. My problem with Webroot is that I can not find how to remove one of my Personal Computers from my protection list to free up for another computer. The computer to remove from the list totally crashed, can't be turned on.

I delete them only to get the same message next time. I rarely use the laptop and even more rarely access the internet in it. It did not catch some malware recently requiring a trip to Geek Squad.

It has given me so much peace of mind. If you have not purchased this service you need to just talk to them and find out the many, many ways they can help you. I will never be without it!
