I've use Webroot for several years and feel very confident that my info is safe and secure. It scans my computer regularly and lists the number of threads that were blocked. And since I have Webroot thru Best Buy there is always a Best Buy agent available to contact if you have trouble....which is perfect for me as I am not a computer whiz

So far, so good1 Katya did an outstanding job, with my old computer that needs to be checked for malware, and for taking the time to properly set up my new one. Mohammed did a great job, picking up for her, when her shift ended. Just got home, and product seems to be functioning well.

WebRoot gives me peace of mind knowing my information and files are safe from viruses, malware, and online threats. I also like the automatic scans and real-time updates, so I don’t have to worry about constantly managing it. For the price, especially through Best Buy, it’s an excellent value.

Webroot does an excellent job of protecting my computer from viruses and changes to the operating system every time I boot up. Gives me the option of accepting th suggested changes as well as notification that changes are trying to be made. Very effective!

I personally have not only had my computer, upgraded and fixed, but also when my computer was compromised, due to my computer being breach to my accounts, my system was quickly worked on and made secure through Best Buy's webroot program. Easy to use, easy to understand, seems like it's protecting my devices well, handy features without being too fancy. Quite frankly, it operates so quietly, I barely notice it's there most of the time. There isn't much more I can ask from an internet security service.

We've been using Webroot since 2019. It is installed on 3 computers. We like it better than McAfee or Norton. It is easy to use and we've not had any problems.

Plan seems to keep my computer free from hacks as far asI can tell. No complaints.
