Webroot is well worth the cost

They scan the computer regularly for viruses and problems. The cost is well worth it.

I renew this benefit every year. It allows me to take my desk top, Ipad and Iphones in for check ups to the Geek Squad as well as consulting if my tech isn't operating correctly. I highly recommend this coverage.

Better Than an Insurance Policy

It stays out of the way and doesn't impact my day to day online activity. It's kinda like an insurance policy. You pay for it but never know how well it works til you have a disaster and it stays in the background...only it prevents a disaster.

It would have been very helpful to get a verification email or text from Best Buy that the renewal was processed. After getting emails from McAffee, Norton and Webroot saying I needed to get protection, I wasted a trip to the Geek Squad to get help.
