    I have been extremely satisfied with the number of times that Webroot has identified and thwarted attempts by viruses and malware to invade my laptop. There have also been a number of times when I have been alerted when my storage capacity was about to be reached which allowed me to make appropriate adjustments.

    Have had the Geek Squad for a number of years and very happy. A couple of times I came into the store with an appointment. The person there was not doing anything, but told me I needed an appointment. Said it was a simple question but no go. Was a bit disappointed.

    I like using WEBROOT for my internet security. It works great and I can schedule it to run at a given time or I can run it as I feel needed. Just wish it was a little bit cheaper since it is not a one time purchase. Must renew periodically. But overall, I like it.
