Scan for Issues on Computer.

What I don't like is if there is any Issues, Webroot does not suggest a fix on any issues.

Called to make sure the credit card on file was the correct one. The person who helped me was great and extremely helpful. Very happy with Best Buy customer service.

I am not Tech savvy at all and without the Nerd Team being there I would just sit looking at a dark screen on my laptop or T.V. They have saved the day OR NIGHT for me.
