Nolan is not Kubrick and this is not 2001
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At some point, somebody will tell Christopher Nolan he has to stop making over-long, wildly over-indulgent films and maybe this is that time. The first half of the film isn't at all bad, but at some point Nolan decides he's going to do his own 2001 and the last 45 minutes descend into meaningless pseudo-science that doesn't at all make sense. He should have quit while he was ahead.
