The movie itself is very interesting and it is even more so in its 4K format. Picture quality is top notched.

The most important movie since 2001:A Space Odyssey, this film pushes the visual boundaries of its influences and manages to tell a compelling story with a heart. The best representation of the fifth dimension and notable demonstrations of time dilations, it’s a must see for anyone who wonders what humans would deal with in the farthest reaches of space.

I used my last 30 dollars to buy this film, and let’s just say, my expectations were far exceeded. This was the best major motion picture I have ever experienced. I am now homeless and living off the side of the road but I still have my prized copy of Intersteller 4k UHD Blu-ray (3 Discs)

Interstellar is such a beautiful film already and with this 4K release it looks even that much more amazing.

We saw this in the theater and liked it so much we had to own it. Well over three hours in length you must commit time and energy into watching this film. My wife was particularly fond of the soundtrack. I didn't appreciate it until we watched the Blu Ray on our home TV. The soundtrack by Hans Zimmer intensified the tension of the film. Christopher Nolan the director, delivers a great film, loaded with surprises, including an acting appearance by a well known actor not shown in any of the trailers.

This 4K release offers stunning, crystal clear picture quality and unbelievable IMAX shots! Beautiful movie!

If you know the works of Christopher Nolan, you know you're in for a good movie that will both look great and make you think. Interstellar is not his best work (I would put Inception and The Dark Knight higher, albeit slightly), but this is still a really good movie. The visuals and audio are outstanding, and even though the story itself can be a little off at times, it's both a sensory and emotional thrill ride. The third act of will have you invested in the characters and on the edge of your seat.
