Instellellar is a sci-fi masterpiece. A must have on 4k. The closest movie to 2001, in my opinion.

Great movie will definitely will recommend for a friend will watch again

This movie looked great in theaters, but in 4k, it is beautiful. This has to be Nolan's seminal work.

Surprisingly, this is not a family movie. I would even go as far as to categorize it as a dramatic horror movie. In true Nolan (director) style, the movie jumps around through time, but unlike his previous films, this one has one heart wrench after another and scare sequences back to back throughout. Bring a box of tissue and, if you demand scientific purity in your sci-fi, try not to pay attention to the beginning or the end. Great acting, intense doom-and-gloom plot, and aesthetically pleasing.

I think a lot of critics gave this a poor review or many didn't understand the movie. Yes, there were lots of "facts" one just had to put their faith in but this film isn't about space or interstellar travel. It's about the emotional connection between humans and love. Package that thought into an epic sci-fi movie with the aformenetioned and it becomes something else. As I described it after watching it in theaters, it's an experience. It's a journey. I'm glad the Blu-Ray allows me to relive it.

The movie is get. It was nice to watch it without commercials.

Stunning picture, a fantastic movie and must own for any UHD enthusiast

Excellent movie, very profound look at the challenges that the human species is facing. It's both scientific & metaphysical in its viewpoints of how we look at what's beyond the scope of our perception. Nolan's movies make you think & entertain you.

Great picture quality and audio. Black levels are deep. Movie is excellent.

I’m not sure the experience of seeing this in IMAX can recreated at home but I’m glad to have this in 4K

Great sci-fi movie. All the space imagery such as the black hole renderings are exquisite. Movie has a shifting aspect ratio that shows majority of space imagery in all of its full IMAX glory. I used a Panasonic UB-420 4k Player with a Epson 5040UB to maximize HDR. Wonderful acting from Matthew McConaughey, Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, and Michael Caine.

Great movie and even better in 4k. Requires your full attention during viewing but pays off in the end!

Great film by Christopher Nolan, amazing visuals and emotional story

While this movie will never be as good as it was on the IMAX screen, it's an extraordinarily movie, a most fascinating story, and a very intriguing interpretation on the laws of relativity. It's all over my head since I'm not a astrophysicist, so I don't know whether to say the movie is unbelievable or not. As such, I just took the movie in and loved it for everything it had to offer, including the glorious special effects, greating acting, and a most powerful soundtrack by Hans Zimmer.

Christopher Nolan yet again delivers a masterpiece. The storytelling is what drives the film. Intense scenes mixed with the phenomenal score provide exhilarating moments. I couldn't believe how many emotional scenes their were. It's hard for me to breakdown, but at times that's what Interstellar did for me. Made me tear up and cry. Matthew Mcconaughey knocked it out of the park with his performance. The movie left you to ponder at life. Loved every second of it. In Nolan we trust!

This movie is great, but of course movie taste is subjective, so you should decide on that for yourself! If you already know you like this movie and you're contemplating buying it, or not, or downloading it, I would suggest buying it. The digital copy is SUPER convenient, so if you use iTunes, Google Play, or neither, they have it for you. I use Android, and it was very easy for me to redeem it to my Google Play Movies and TV. I don't usually buy movies, but this one was worth it!

Unbelievable movie, incredible visuals in 4K, never get tired of it.
