Super clear and visually mind blowing! Good acting and good story!

I love movies about space and was a liitle confused on the story line at the beginning of this movie. It is more sci-fi than a movie such as Gravity or Apollo 13. Once I got into it, it did not disappoint. It is a long movie and some parts were slow moving, but it was worth the price. I initially checked it out from the library before deciding to purchase it, and was pleased with my purchase.

This movie is great in 4k and the visual effects are amazing.

This movie isnt for everyone as it contains some fairly complex content about black holes and time relative to the proximity of the black holes event horizon, etc, etc. however the story of family, what we would sacrifice to save them despite the hardship and heart ache is well played out. Great ending as well.

The summer and early fall of 2014 saw a couple of issues of NGeo mag. do cover the science of space from the start of universe to black holes etc. Interstellar was a compelling movie in this regard, I was able to visualize many aspects of what I read, it was fascinating. So you get some good science, personal and family drama, sci fi , great visual effects and a healthy dose of adventure

This movie tells a very good story along with great special effects. If you like good science fiction and some good effects, story and acting then go see this movie. If you like Christopher Nolan movies then you will definitely love this one. Great movie that makes one think about the future of the human race!

The acting from the main characters is excellent and the story will please science fiction fans of the time travel paradox. The movie also deals with real world problems we currently face about climate change, growing population, and dwindling natural resources. We enjoy watching the movie several times to catch details that can be missed in the first viewing.

great movie to have on 4k dvd.picture and sound looks great

This is a big budget space adventure from Christopher Nolan who directed the Dark Knight Trilogy. It stars Matthew McConahey, Anne Hathaway, and Michael Cane. It is troubling from start to finish were you are on the edge of your seat hoping form the best. This version also comes with an ultraviolet that can be redeemed and streamed through various apps like Vudu, CinemaNow, and others.

Great movie for any sci-fi buff. Audio on this set is superb.

Ok first I will say that I am not a huge Matthew McConaughey fan. However, his acting and role in this movie blew me away. The first time I saw this was actually on a plane. I have since then watched this movie at least 15 other times. I love the almost perfect accuracy in terms of the science behind black holes and worm holes. The movie has some great twists and an amazing soundtrack.

If you like the subject of astrophysics, black holes, and time travel, as well as Christopher Nolan movies, you're in for a great ride! Not an easy one to digest, but like "Inception", the more you watch, the more you'll like it! Try and get "The Science of Interstellar", a book by Kip Thorpe, the guy behind all of these works. It explains these abstract concepts in very easy language.
