From the soundtrack to the acting this is a great movie. And on 4K it’s even better just love this movie!

I thought it was going to be just a step above all the other syfy, extra terrestrial involved movies but it takes you to another level of thinking/consciousness. You really have to follow closely and think beyond what is normal. There's is a lot of theory applied in a practical form which kept me from predicting what would happen next (like I do with most movies in the genre now a days ). If you pay attention you'll have a lot of fun with this movie and the many possibilities it introduces/suggests.

The movie is simply magnificent. Don't watch if you have a low attention span as every little thing is important. I would only watch this in a big TV with a good stereo, not worth it if it's not bluray or being watched on a iPhone screen The movie came with a little memento(pun intended). It is a small picture from the movie theatre film reels.

Slow start develops father and daughter love that transcends interstellar journey to colonize a new planet to save mankind from the failing resources on Earth. This epic goes beyond the classic 2001: A Space Odyssey and delves into black hole mysteries in a unique interpretation. It does run a little long, but time watching this is well spent!

I find it hard to put into words just how incredible i think this movie is. I saw this in the movie theatre and was quick to purchase it when it came out. It is simply spellbinding. The music is incredible, the cinematography is awesome, and the ideas are penetrating. Christopher Nolan has a time lasting piece of work with this one right here.

Nolan never fails to craft a compelling story, even if it's far fetched he manages to make it believable and keeps his characters grounded, even if they are in space.

I had already seen Interstellar when I decided to buy the Blu-ray, but I must say, even having seen it before, the quality of the picture is outstanding (even on a small screen). Additionally, this also came with a DVD version of the movie, which is great if I want to take the movie with me on a trip and watch it on a laptop. Top notch!

I have to admit this is one of the most heartbreaking movies I've seen in a long time. Unfortunately the premise of the film that the Earth is becoming unlivable seems more likely the longer I see what's being done to the planet. And while the ending is spectacular I don't buy the possiblility that we could be saved by a superior alien race.

For me, this movie only had a few minor fall backs (a few plot wholes and gaps in story line). But overall this film was a fantastic portrayal of an otherwise hard to discuss topic. Anyone interested in brushing up on their quantum physics will sure appreciate the breathtaking and often humbling message that Interstellar sends it's audience.

I saw this in IMAX and couldn't wait fir the bluray to come out. The bluray has great features and the movie itself looked great. I am a huge fan of Nolan's movies and this was no exception. The extras revealing the science behind the movie was very interesting. The way science was balanced with human emotions made the movie so accessible.

Interstellar is easily my favorite movie. I would consider it this generation's 2010. Owning it in HD is definitely worth it, and I would even buy it again to have it in 4k. The special features on the second disk are also great. They basically amount to a physics documentary narrated by McConaughey. 10/10, will watch over and over again.

I heard many good things about this movie while it was still in theaters, but never got around to seeing it. Hands down one of the best science fiction movies in the last 15 years. The picture is beautiful since it was filmed in IMAX. The bonuses features are great if you like to know how they did the effects and sciences behind the movie.

Emotionally moving, amazing soundtrack and the most scientifically accurate movie to date. They were the first in history to factually visualize what a black hole actually looks like! As always Christopher Nolan creates a complex film that is meant to be watched over and over again, rediscovering new pieces to this thought provoking film.

Great sci fi movie with Matthew McConaughey asking the question what were to happen if all the resources of earth were limited and survival of the human race were in jeopardy. Would you look for a new planet to populate? Would you stay?

If you have not heard by now that this is one of the greatest SCI-FI movies ever than you have not been paying attention. Awesome story, plot, believable characters, you just fall into the story and it takes you away. The ending is just awesome. If you Love SCI-FI like I do, YOU will Love this one...!

A really great 4K transfer of a worthy sci-fi Nolan movie.

The movie was a great sci-fi film. It was enough to keep you tuned in and on the edge of your seat at times. Will be watching again to see if I missed anything

Classic Christopher Nolan with some awesome twists and turns and a cast that is outstanding. Better pay attention - you settle into the easy-going beginning only to have this future world tilt in ways you never expected. Hang on till the end - it's a wild ride that'll keep you on the edge of your seat experiencing every range of emotion

Blu Ray quality is outstanding with a crisp sharp image. Audio- 5.1 DTS track shines from start to finish and the total blankness of space really makes this film even more fun to watch. A whole disc of bonus features is also a nice plus. Bottom line this is one of those movies that upon more viewings it will begin to come together.

IMAX features on 4K look stunning on the 4K Disc, easily worth the price I paid
