Nolan does it again with this sci-fi thriller that deals with the relationship between quantum physics and relationships we hold most dear. The cinematography and editing are very well done. Hans Zimmer's simple but seductive soundtrack matches the emotional and intellectual flavor of this light homage to 2001: A Space Odyssey.

I purchased this movie even though I was not sure I would like it. After watching it I have to say that it is a very good movie. The visuals are awesome and it has a great story line. The imax scenes are incredible! Over all I am glad I decided to purchase this to add to my blu ray collection. Great movie, great price from Best Buy.

This was an excellent movie hands down.The cinematography was excellent.Mathew McConaughey is a houston native and he performed great in this movie.

Have always been fascinated with travel in outer space. This is first movie that attempts to actualize theories of physics that might actually make it possible to one day visit galaxies in known - and unknown universe. Outstanding special effects! Great array of actors come together to make this one believable human challenge.

This is a Science Movie , and it does requires you to pay attention. But the Core story(spoiler alert!) revolves around a father and his relationship with his daughter. It all goes back to human emotions in the end. Very fine acting from everyone and a True Christopher Nolan movie that dares you to dream and think a little deeper.

One of my favorite movies, love the story line and the actors as well. Ive watches it so many times and still miss hidden parts, definitely recommend this movie it's amazing!

Interstellar might've not been the colossal success other Christopher Nolan movies were, but it's certainly one of the most intriguing (considering that this is the guy who made Memento it's a pretty big claim). His take on space travel and time relativity is fantastic, but most important is his wonderful and endearing characters.

Nolan movies are some of the best movies around and differently one of the top if not the top directors of this generation. This movie is enjoyable from start to finish. If you havent seen this movie by now.. what are you waiting for an check it out

Christopher Nolan has done it again. This was an excellent movie with great performances. I have become a huge Christopher Nolan fan because of his ability to bring unique, fresh, and creative ideas to the screen. Along with Momento and Inception, Interstellar takes us to places and in ways that are new and exciting to experience.

My answer is no...sorry I totally used that tag hoping you'd open the review BUT!!! This movie is very good and I hold it high up there in his works because I'm a sap for a good love story. No misconceptions here...almost the entirety of the movie is a love story and he does an EXCELLENT job portraying that through different types of love with differing characters. The movie is good with a single watch...and gets to immediately better with your second viewing. Immediately. A must see.

I absolutely love this move. The filmography is absolutely excellent. Matthew does an amazing job. It is a three hour movie but manages to keep your attention. The movie is also very visually stunning. If you have a HD TV this movie is a must watch.

Terrific movie, terrific 4K presentation. Your surround-sound system will get a good workout from the soundtrack, and there's a solid amount of bonus features.

Not your standard Syfy film; this movie brings together element of various genres, and blends them very well. The film tells a great story and really helps the viewer’s connect with the characters. This helps greatly as you share their struggle and journey. This film is serious, compelling and require some investment, it a really good option when you looking to settle in for story to draw your focus and attention. If light entertain is your thing, this is not the right film.

I loved seeing this movie in IMAX, and was hoping for a similar experience when viewing it at home. I opted for this package because it included both BluRay and DVD. With the BluRay on my HDTV with Surround sound, it was almost like being in theaters. Also, I used the order online/pick up at store option which was quick and easy!

If you're a Christopher Nolan fan (Batman reboots, Inception, Memento, The Prestige) then you won't be disappointed. The physics consulting before writing the script made this one of, if not, the best and most thought-provoking space-related movie to date. It's incredible to explore what planets may be like outside of our galaxy.

One of the best movies I have seen in a very long time. I watched this twice in the theatre and purchased it the same day it was released on Blu-ray/DVD. This movie is a good standard for boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife criteria. Have them watch this with you, and if they enjoy it and understand most of it, they're a keeper!

Just seen this for the first time when it arrived to my front door! Wow....Nolan has done it yet again! this is crazy great from the start to finish. Looks stunning in blu-ray and very life like...I do not know how they pulled this off! Great cast, acting, story....This really is the total package. Really happy with this one.

Was not a Matthew fan before this film. The film created the most complex simulation of a black hole ever created..as close to seeing it for real. Tons of extra's! Watch it more than once...you get more of this complex film each time it is watched. Also: very tech heavy and understanding of relativity is essential to the plot.

Overall I thought Interstellar was a great movie, right in line, in terms of tone and thematic elements, with the rest of Nolan's other work. There were throw backs to other classic sci-fi films and I really enjoyed the plausible use of science throughout the film. I will definitely be enjoying this film for years to come.

This is a movie about space exploration as it has never been done before. The story builds and builds with a heart pounding soundtrack(awesome for home theater enthusiasts). The movie really draws you in, you Need to know what happens. The movie is 2 and a half hours but it feels much shorter. You will enjoy Interstellar!
