Loved this movie - a gripping, modern-day "to boldly go" story! Earth in peril, multi-faceted, realistic characters, great production values. Bonus features bring the science down to the layman's level, and show interesting behind-the-scenes work.

Great movie and adaptation of the end of the world and finding new worlds to continue the existence of the human race. Great cast and the special effects are superb!! Makes you feel like if your in the actual movie. This movie will not disappoint.

Thoroughly enjoyed this film. It is somewhat cerebral, and the concepts posited are fairly sophisticated for the non-science viewer. No big surprises, but very entertaining and stimulates thought and discussion afterwards.

If you want a great scifi movie that will keep you on the edge of your feet please buy this movie. It is full of suspense and make you wonder about the world today. Could we be doing more harm than good to our planet? This film makes you wonder.

For those interested in space and science based fiction, this movie delivers on all levels from the awesome CGI and heartfelt drama during the sad and depressing moments throughout the film. A definite must have especially in the blu-ray format.

Being a sci-fi fan for decades, I've seen the best and the worst that Hollywood had to offer. INTERSTELLAR is in the top 5 films. It must be seen more than twice to pick up on missed parts of the storyline. Fast moving story with great acting.

A very compelling and exciting movie great for space geeks, and with all the glam of a Hollywood budget. I am glad to see space exploration gaining so much popularity in the mainstream! If you like this movie, I'd also recommend 'Europa Report'

This movie really blew me away when I saw it in theaters! The blu-ray looks fantastic and the special features are a great way to see the creative & production process of the movie! The IMAX 70MM Film Cell that came with it is also a major plus!

Thought provoking, amazing imagery, excellent acting. All around great sci-fi, which is a field of movie making which often times lacks decent story telling. The type of movie that's worth owning because it warrants re-watching.

I went to see this movie in theaters and now I can watch it at home! I would say this movie is in my top 3 favorite movies ever! If you like space and sci-fi, and you believe mankind was meant to live among the stars then this movie is for you!

You can go ahead and have the Dark Knight but I believe that this is Nolan’s best work. There is not a point in the film where I think I’m looking at CGI Everything feels real. The acting is top notch!!!

Furious uppercut to the FEELS.. Tearjerker, suspenseful, keeps you processing throughout. The movie does have a longer than usual run time, but worth it. Great performances on all ends. Highly recommended. "Rage against the dying of the light."

If you have the patience, watch this movie. Is long but as a sci-fi fan, this was a must have after seeing it in the theatre. Looking forward to seeing it again once surround sound system purchased at Best buy is installed.

This movie was one of my favorites from 2014, and I could not wait for it to come to Blu-Ray. The sound mixing is better than in the theaters, and I think its a lot better for it. Sci-Fi fan or just a fan of good movies, you need to have this.

While some might think it's slow at times, interstellar has the most accurate and fascinating portrayal of long distance space travel and its consequences in any movie to date. It's a great movie to inspire the minds of younger generations.

Good movie though the whole plot is a bit hard to swallow. The effects are good. And watching on Blu-ray on a big screen Ultra HD tv with surround sound beats going to the movie theatre.

Granted this movie is mostly cgi and special effects but the cinematography is incredible, keeping you immersed the whole way through and does a great job of tying up the loose ends when it kept you wondering.

Enjoyed all 3 hours of it. One of the best films I've seen in a long time. The visuals and sound are out of this world. If you have a HD TV, and good sound system, this movie is a definite must have. It's a great movie to demo a great system.

I wont spoil the movie for those who haven't seen it yet, so I only have 2 words. BUY IT. My only concern is how can Christopher Nolan top this - each movie of his has been better than the last and this raises the bar so high its atmospheric.
