great movie, great storyline. takes a bit to get into though worth it in the end. great acting and cinematography, makes you feel like you are actually there.

The movie waI good but not my over all favorite type of war movie. Told a story based on truth but was slow.

This is a WWII story based on an actual event of downed German and English flyers in Norway during the winter. They had to share a cabin in order to survive and how their feelings towards each other and the war changed over the time they spent together. I saw an advertisement announcing the release date for this DVD in a military history magazine and the plot/story sounded very good. I really did enjoy the movie, the story line moved along and the characters although stiff at first did warm up as they began to interact with the the other characters as they were forced to rely on each other to survive. What would have added to this DVD would have been more of a followup on the survivors than just updates on the screen before the credits. Otherwise I was very pleased and enjoyed the movie and happy with my decision to order ti online as it was not available in the stores.
