Worth watching for the talented cast! Not my favorite musical, but watching Meryl Streep is pure joy. (Much better than her turn in Mama Mia.)

I liked this movie. It is a movie that probably is most appreciated by fans of Stephen Sondheim. Excellent video with great special features.

I had to buy this additional to the blu ray because the blu ray didn't come with a DVD. But my kids love this movie and songs.

My children, wife and myself saw this movie in the theaters & just had to own it! It's been in tge DVD player everyday since it arrived!!! Great visuals & story line, and the singing and songs are absolutely amazing! Well done movie from top to bottom.

Meryl Streep is my favorite actress, but I got a bit confused in this movie. I will watch it again, but it just wasn't what I expected.

My children enjoyed the singing very much. I didn't approve of the scene where the bakers wife kissed Prince Charming. Not appropriate.

I really love Stephen Sondheim musicals and bought the soundtrack before the movie came out. I enjoyed how they turned all the fairy tales on their heads and combined them into one new story, The acting and singing are terrific. Don't miss this one.

This a good movie if you like musical. Its Disney, and in my experience I don't think I've ever been disappointed with a Disney movie.

The songs aren’t quite on par with Les Miserables or Phantom but this is an enjoyable musical for my whole family.

I went into this movie not excited, but as the songs began to start and as the story progressed I liked it more and more. Fans of fairy tales and inventive spins on fairy tales will love this movie, even if they don't like musicals. Great movie.

I loved this movie so much in the theater that I pre-ordered the Blu-Ray. I have really enjoyed watching the musical again, and I like the bonus features presented on the Blu-Ray, which includes an original song that was edited out of the film.

Well put together film, amazing cast, and a lot of fun lyrics from people you wouldn't expect to sing. I'd watch it more than once.

This maybe the overlook when it was released in theater (December holiday season). Got it for $7.99 plus tax!
