good combining of characters from 4-5 stories. my daughter had to watch it twice since it's a singing movie

I didn't realize this was a semi musical which is not my favorite type of movie. The movie itself was good.

Great Movie - Bought this Blueray, as my family and I went to watch this movie at the theaters, and my daughter wanted the BlueRay once it came out! Recommended for Kids and Family!

Was not expecting a musical musical but was entertaining the way they incorporated the different stories.

This is an awesome musical and take on several different classic tales. my kids and I would laugh and see this movie several times so we could learn the songs and sing along. I would recommend this to everyone

I think this movie should be on the-Movie Classics of all time! At first I thought what did I buy? But-by the end of the movie I wanted to watch it again. Just be ready for something different. Great movie!!!!

I love every character in this movie and how musically talented everyone is

As far as musicals go, this is middle of the pack. A strong plus is its sewing together tales you already know while weaving a little surprise here and there. The soundtrack/score, however, left me "ho hum." It's a great family flick, as opposed to Sweeney Todd, which is a great musical that will scar your kids for life.

Always have loved Sondheim so this musical play/movie was perfect. Emily Blunt really stood out -- and she has a great voice. Meryl Streep is always top-drawer. Cried at the end because it was so touching.

I liked the story line but I did not like the fact it was a musical. Neither did the rest of the family.

We saw Into the Woods on a Delta flight and loved it, so we bought it. It is a creative story. Excellent acting. Beautiful cinematography. Well written music provides excellent backdrop for the story.

Into The Woods, a movie you would watch many times over. Garth Brooks, All his best hits. Really good.

After seeing this movie in theaters, I was happy that the Blu Ray version was crisp and clear. It played with no problems in my older Blu Ray player. I'm a big fan of musicals and the sound was good.

I absolutely love Meryl Streep in anything. Throw in some singing and we really got something.

I bought this as a donation for a gift basket. The price was right and I heard the movie was good too.

I saw this musical in NY in 1987 and I loved it then! When this came out in the theaters I had to see if it was any good (how could it not be with Meryl Streep in it) and it held true to my expectations!
