It made no sense and the story was all over the place. Johnny Depp made it really uncomfortable to watch. There was no character development and all the songs seemed to be written by a child. All together this was a terrible movie. Disney should only make animated films.

This movie was not what I had expected. Too many fairy tales rolled into one story. Very confusing to follow who was who and where it all fits together. Special effects and visuals were very good.

they should have revealed in the commercials that this was a musical instead they played it up like some kind of adventure and it was far from that. i was very dissapointed and felt tricked.

If you read the book you know what you are getting. if you did not read the book and are looking for a happy ending turn off the movie after the Wedding.

It was beautifully shot and aesthetically pleasing, but painful to watch. I'm a huge Disney fan and this movie made me cringe.

I wish I could get the 3 hours of my life back that this movie took! I love Meryl Streep, but not so much anymore.
