Firstly, this shipped safely and arrived to me in perfect condition so that was a good experience. The BluRay is pretty standard, no fancy bells and whistles but does the job of giving this film a presence in my physical movie collection. It does have some bonus features that are really cool! I love this movie and I recommend checking it out if you like slashers, especially 80s B-Movie slashers with all of their tropes. Intruder has funny/goofy characters and some that are ultimately forgettable or frustrating but fun to watch nonetheless. It's directed by Scott Spiegel, an interesting filmmaker in his own right and dear friend since youth of Ted and Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell, Josh Becker, Rob Tapert, etc. The whole michigang! The michigan mafia lol! They often starred in or helped with each others' films and this is no exception. Sam and Ted both have roles in this! I enjoy both of their characters quite a lot but I would say Randy the butcher is my favorite in the entire movie. Bruce has a very minor role so if he is the only reason you are watching (not supporting his best friends?) you may not thrilled with this. There is a solution with a certain character that I really dislike but to go too far into it would spoil some of the film, I just don't like it when a character is so vile and suddenly is a hero and we're supposed to forgive them completely, but hasn't gone through any sort of redemption. As you can imagine with the grocery store setting, there are really fun and interesting kills and they look positively gnarly with practical effects. I love practical effects! Ultimately, this is a really fun slasher that may be new to a lot of people, and I think it's worth checking out! Put this movie on some night with your buddies, pizza, drinks, and just have a blast!

This is a old horror movie that I still like to this day..it is cheesy though

Synapse knocked it out of the park with this one. I tried to watch my dvd of this the other day and it was horribly grainy so I decided it was time to upgrade. This bluray is a nice crisp transfer that any fan of the film would love.

Such a fun and entertaining 80s slasher. Cheesy dialog, great death scenes, everything you want from a mindless splatter flick.

Funny and gory this is 80's horror at its best. Synapse Films kills it again with this collection.

As a massive horror\slasher fan, I love to find obscure films. I bought this movie mainly because of Bruce Campbell. However, he is only in a few seconds of the movie. Other than this, it was a good movie with interesting kills and plenty of 80s cheese.
