    It took the EIGHTH Best Buy tech support "specialist" to tell me I needed to contact Quickbooks to get the "Product Number." This, after a four-hour runaround spanning two days. Gee, why didn't it say that in my Digital Account, or receipt? Or the email/receipt that arrive after purchase? Why didn't the previous seven tech support "specialists" know this?
