Phew let me catch my breath before I start on this product...

My name is Britt and I own a small business. I bought this product because I am a very 'DIY' kind of person. Once I get the hang of things I can pretty much wiz through anything... Except this. It is chalked full of tax and business jargon which one would only know if attending Harvard School of Tax Fraud, the user GUI (way it looks) is pretty sharp, but navigating your way around it is like trying to watch a spanish soap just because you think you speak spanish when you're drunk... a little...
Basically if you purchase this product please please return it immediately because you're going to have one heck of a panic attack. This product, in short should come with a side of xanax and a fifth of white lightening. If you do need to purchase this product or are hard headed like I was just remember that you need to slowly and carefully read every single word, word for word and then call the RIGHT customer service number before committing to anything or you'll be forever broke and your business will crash and burn. Luckily I've saved myself and my business from this kind of issue a few times but without pure, end of the line style panics and a slew of unprecedented cuss words. Please, by all means, do not buy yourself this product. It's REALLY not worth the head ache. I'm not even old and I couldn't get it. I'm 27 and my business partner is 20 and neither of us know what is happening half the time. We're bringing it back to return the product tomorrow. We've had it less than 30 days.
