I have been using an earlier version of this program for my business. I needed a newer updated version as I have purchased two new computers for my business. This is an excellent program and an easy way to get your information to your accountant to be your year and summaries, etc. I would highly recommend this program.

We used to run Quickbooks pro for years from our PC. then changed to the online version because our CPA preferred it. However, the online version has many shortcomings, so we decided to go back to the PC version again. Best decision ever. With updates, the PC version will last us for several years, so in the end-effect it even saves money.

This is very easy to use. I would use to budget and record my finances. It will be very helpful for the business. The integration of the accounts payable receivables and bill pay will be very very very helpful. My reaction after my 16 hours overview was a God sent. Moving forward, I think I will start loving my record keeping.

Use QuickBooksPro for a small business, no payroll. Upgraded a few times. For the most part, it has worked well. A few glitches that need to be worked out with updates, which didn't get resolved until upgraded. That was a bit annoying. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because we purchased QB2014 with expectation that it would have at least 3 years support and updates. Now had to spend more, sooner than expected, and buy QB2016 because nothing earlier than 2016 will be compatible with Windows2010. We should not have to purchase an upgrade so soon. It seems that Intuit would find a way to support a certain number of previous years with Windows2010 to allow full number of years support and updates for previous versions of QuickBooks. I would recommend QB, but beware of compatibility with future Windows products and the need to upgrade QB sooner than the support/update period.

I know a lot of people like QBs. However, I wish it were more user friendly and had the ability for the user to customize fields to do math. I wish it were not so complicated and allowed for customization of layouts and data and things I really need to run my business. Once purchased - you are locked into what's in the package and the QB staff and forums are terrible - because every answer comes back as "we can't do that."

I've been a CPA for the past 20+ years and used a lot of different software packages over that time. I chose QuickBooks Pro 2016 for the recordkeeping associated with some home business accounts, mainly because of ease of use and familiarity. If you can write a check, you can use the basic parts of QuickBooks. it's extremely user-friendly.

The Toshiba Laptop I purchased is great! It is super fun and fast. I purchased this to do all of my business on and I am finding that it's making my life a lot easier. I love the large display screen it's super easy to navigate and although it's a bit heavy I still can travel with it quite easily. Love this, just perfect for me.

The last version I had was 2006. It was much easier to use. I would still be using it but I misplaced it and had to upgrade. This version is hard to open. Keeps telling me one is already running, but it's not. Things like assigning a payment method requires more steps. I just really liked my older version. Sorry

Got this to update from my older quickbooks 2008 software. Works great! Easy to adjust to the newer program since they didn't over complicate it. It's just like the old software I was accustomed to but with the bonus of extra features and new design. Updates online were a breeze and I have never had the program crash on me.

I have used a few different accounting software, and so far I like quickbooks the best for my business. You can have more than one business setup so you can keep everything completely separate. It is easy to use, and they have had good customer support for all my questions.

Had to return Quicken home/office for this. Have been using QuickBooks for about 20 years, with only 2 versions, which won't run on Windows 7. Anyway this new one is about the same as the one from the 1990's for my purposes and was mostly worried they would screw it up over the years, but it is excellent. Also my old files were quickly adapted, so there was no data lost in the translation which was also important to me. I can't give 5 stars because of the time wasted with customer support who failed to answer any questions about the capability of Quicken vs QuickBooks, had to find that all out all by myself, also the failure to offer or explain if there was any kind of upgrade deal from having purchased this in the past, but mostly out of frustration, also the website sucks, that I just bought a new copy.

I needed an upgrade to our QuickBooks licensing. I got this on a big sale from Best Buy. Keep your eyes out and they have them a couple times per year. I generally hate QuickBooks, because i think they limit your licensing options and they try to force you to upgrade to their Enterprise suite, which is unnecessary for 90% of the businesses out there. And the way the software was written it behaves horribly in multi-user mode most of the time. But in general, it works well for our small business for the price.

I have used QuickBooks for a couple of years. The 2016 version is similar enough to prior versions that I don't have a steep learning curve but also has improvements that make it worthy of the upgrade. Best Buy offered it at a great price.

I have been using QuickBooks since 1995 and couldn't live without it. It helps me keep track of all the money in and out of the business and free up much needed time. I had a recommend this to any budding professional or seasoned veteran

It gets the job done. Just hope you don't need to use support. if you do... be prepared to be frustrated. If you don't need support... it's a fine product :)

I have been a QuickBooks user for over 15 years and wanted to upgrade. Quick to install and probably the best accounting software out there. Love that it came with a year of QuickBooks online subscription.

I have enjoyed using QuickBooks for my small business. I haven't begun using all of the features, but it took me very little time to learn the ins and outs to be able to use it successfully.

I upgraded to windows 10, which broke the PDF reader in quickbooks 2012, which intuit refused to support. That forced me to buy quickbooks 2016. I works well, but if they are only going to support their program for less than 3 years, the price averages over $100 per year. that is more than I would like to pay, for the functions I use. I don't bank, have payroll, or take credit cards and would like to find a less expensive program.

QuickBooks Pro is an excellent bookkeeping program for my business. It makes preparing my taxes each year much easier. I upgraded from QuickBooks Pro 2004 and that was painless.
