Great for Small Business Owners

Turbotax makes it really easy to file your taxes in a simplistic, easy-to-follow tutorial. My only complaint is the design of the interface of the software really hasnt changed much in the last couple years. I like that things arent hard to find each year, but the overall design is a little dated looking. And for some reason this year, I noticed an issue with filing that several others had too in help forums with a charity donation problem. Wasn't able to file without trying several different ways to fix the problem but didnt actually fix it.

It tells you exactly what you need step by step. We have used it every year for 15 years so we don't even need an accountant anymore.

Some of the changes in tax forms last year are covered in 2020 version. I had all my questions answered and got through them once again.

I prefer the downloaded product like sold here. The reason being is that if you use TurboTax's website, you will find that it's much slower to move back/forth through the pages of your taxes. Time is valuable to me. Furthermore, the TurboTax website is much more expensive than buying the downloaded product right here at Best Buy. I also like that Best Buy stores my digital software information in my account, should I ever need to go back to it. TurboTax is about the best out there, I wouldn't save a few bucks to go with a cheaper option.
