Turbo Tax is easy to use for a non technical person. One of the benefits is that year after year the information can be transferred electronically with all your personal information eliminating the need to re-type it. You can also file your taxes electronically after filling out information

Just finished installing my 2021 year of Turbo Tax Premier. I don't have a drive on my PC so I downloaded the software. It was an easy process and I installed it within 10 minutes.

Easy to install. Easy to use. Only concern is that it atleast takes a week to get reflected in turbotax website , so u have wait to get the software download

TurboTax is a good, usually easy to use product. I’ve purchased the CD for about 20+ years ... never a problem. This year I had to do a download because my new laptop doesn’t have a disk drive. The download went OK but I couldn’t launch TurboTax because their was some incompatibility with the resolution of my display ... and TurboTax customer service was absolutely useless in solving the problem. I finally solved through an online help site.

I've been using TurboTax for years and always preferred the actual CD, but this year I tried the digital download and the process was quick and easy.

Great software for DIY, guideance is excellent as is their customer service and expert advice. Download issues and code issue with Best Buy, just go direct to Intuit.

I purchased the digital version because I thought it would be easier to download than run to the store to purchase. The purchase process was easy and that is where the fun began. I attempted to enter the code in Turbo Tax's website. It never did work. I spent over an hour online with Turbo Tax and another 45 with Best Buy support. Both groups customer service was awful. I asked BB for a new code and they said the issue is with Turbo Tax and would not give me a new code. Turbo Tax had no idea why it would not load. At this point, I am out my money for the purchase of a piece of software that I can not download. I have used Turbo Tax before put always purchased the physical CD. What a mistake trusting a simple download would work. Needless to say I am very frustrated with this whole purchase. experience. Please use caution when purchasing the digital only version. I am hoping tomorrow is a better day and someone will be able to help.

I have used TurboTax every year for the past 10 years with excellent results s. My taxes usually include stock sales, etc.

Works perfectly. Bought last year and again for 2020 taxes. What I like best is that it remembers what was entered last year to help insure that items aren’t forgotten.

TurboTax is better than some of the other tax preparation software Wait when it is on sale.

Been using Turbo Tax for many years. Always easy to complete taxes. Even had to amend a previous years tax once and it was also easy using the software.

Quick download, easy to use. Big surprise was the review of COVID stimulus. Less 2020 income meant added tax refund.

It's shocking that this TurboTax software isn't a secure download. Really Best Buy?! This could open up your computer to have information stolen from it. I'm going to be returning this as a result if you can't offer a secure connection!

Doing taxes can never be painless, but TurboTax goes a long way towards making it a more efficient process.
