I purchased TurboTax with the digital download option. When I tried to install I was stopped by error messages and pulled up BestBuy chat support.   Basically, there is an error in the way the certificates are installed on the Best Buy download server. They had me try various options, but ultimately had me go disable all the security on my Mac. When I was hesitant to do so, they said trust us, we're Best Buy.  I disabled my security, and told them I was able to download TurboTax. Then a different support person came on and told me to QUICKLY clear my cache, cookies, history and run anti-virus.  Yikes! Not a way to instill confidence in your security. TurboTax itself is fine.  I've used it for years.  I wish it was more intuitive (especially with IRAs), but it works well enough to not want to try to switch to something else.

Another year with TurboTax. Been using it for the past 15 years. Never any issues. Pretty straight forward. Very informative and easy. Never worry about being audited as the program seems to really take care to cover all the required areas and confirm with questions. Will surly use next year again.

Have been using Turbotax for years without problems. This year I had to upgrade my computer before could install Turbotax. Once that technical problem was solved didn't have any problems installing. The only negative is the chat. If one does not find their answer in the Q & A, it is hard to get your question answered. Plus, cannot talk to a live representative.

As always, this is easy to use and does a great job making tax season easier.

Overall works as described. Easy to import previous TurboTax filings (even if you did last year's return online - intuit has clear instructions on how to make the transition). Yes there is basic system requirements that you should make sure your system meets, like all software that exists on the market.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years now and they haven't let me down yet. Always up to date with the latest tax laws and the ease of use is incredible. Importing from the previous year makes it easy to continue. Now matter what your tax situation, there's a version for you.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This was the first year that I used one downloaded on my laptop. I purchased the CD version in the past. The process was fairly easy, even for this old guy. I recommend this product and will use it again

I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and have never had a problem. The software is excellent and will meet your needs. You won't be disappointed.

It was hard to download from the Beat Buy site but after I worked through that, Turbo Tax is an amazing product.
