By far the second best Chuck Norris movie aside from Way Of The Dragon. It makes no sense but who cares.

Invasion USA is a 1985 action film made by Cannon Films starring Chuck Norris. It was directed by Joseph Zito with both Chuck Norris and his brother, Aaron were involved in the writing. The film is about a Soviet superagent Rostov leads an invasion of guerrilla squads on US soil while spreading chaos throughout the U.S. They start shooting bazookas into suburban homes, inciting race riots by impersonating the police and attacking ethnic events, and planting bombs in churches and on school buses. Soon martial law descends as the country sinks into chaos. Only retired American superagent Matt Hunter, played by Chuck Norris, can take Rostov on.

I'm sure most people considering purchasing this movie are Chuck Norris fans. I am actually a Richard Lynch fan (Rostov, the main villain) instead. This is a fun little 80s movie, and worth purchasing for nostalgia purposes, if for no other reason. It's not a great movie compared to the newer action movies over the past several years, but these old action movies can't be expected to live up to the current special effects, etc. As a Richard Lynch fan, it's great to finally have this movie on blu ray!

You either like Chuck Norris or you don't. His movies range from fun rollercoaster rides to acting and plot disasters. This movie, thankfully, falls more in the former category where he and his band of mermen (mostly himself) fend off a planned terrorist attack, before these movies were in vogue. The Blu Ray looks good. The sound is explosive at times and can give your home theater a work out. Worth it if you are a quick paced action fan-even more worth it if you like Norris.

This Classic Action, Adventure, Suspense film stars Chuck Norris as Matt Hunter, a retired CIA agent who lives in the Florida Everglades. A communist invasion of Miami brings Hunter out of retirement to fight the encroaching hordes led by everyone's favorite low-budget bad guy, Richard Lynch. The film is extremely jingoistic, presenting the evil communists staging an invasion on Christmas, demolishing a church, and attempting to blow up a school bus full of children

Any lover of 80's action must have this in their collection. One of Chuck Norris's best. Where else could you see him wrangle alllgators, drive his pickup through a mall, or casually stroll into an office and mow down bad guys with his uzis? This movie's got it all, car chases, gun fights, karate kicks, bazookas, explosions, super evil bad guys. Very nice film like transfer with a layer of grain. The audio presentation is very solid as well. There's also a decent assortment of bonus features.

Chuck's films from the Golan-Globus/Cannon Films era are highly entertaining, and a wonderful example of the 80's Action Film. Invasion U.S.A. had a larger budget than most other Cannon Films, and director Joseph Zito puts the money to good use - there are some impressive action sequences. It's wonderfully over-the-top, and endlessly entertaining, with high replay value. Shout Factory's Blu-ray is fantastic - solid video, audio, and supplements. Buy with confidence.

My favorite actor by far, I own pretty much everything he's been in that is available to purchase. This is one of my tops for movies, but you will hate me due to the fact that I can't really say why. It's slow in some places and I'll be the first one to admit that his movies do have the same plot line, but still, Invasion USA, is one that I will put on to pass the time on a rainy day.

It's difficult for me to be completely objective when discussing this movie. I'll just say that if you grew up in the '80s and want to see Chuck kick some terrorist butt and watch some insightful extras then don't waste anymore time. You MUST purchase this.

Definitely does not pack the impact it did on me when I first saw it as a kid, but still takes you back to all the action flicks from the 80s when everything was the US vs. the Russians or some other communist type group.

I really liked this movie when I saw this when it originally came out in the theaters. Glad to see that this finally got the blu-ray treatment. One of the many Chuck Norris movies that I never get tired of watching.

This is arguably Chuck's best film. And if you're familiar with Shout Factory, you know they put out quality releases. You can't go wrong with this.

I remember watching this multiple times when I was a teenager. I will admit, it doesn't hold up quite as well now. I think some other of Chuck Norris' movies are better.

Hey it's great that 80's movies are now being given a nice transfer on blu ray. This transfer is nice not perfect but still packs a punch. Watch Chuck Norris do his thing!!!!

Great transfer picture looks great for an older film. The film itself if you are a fan of Chuck Norris you will have a great time with this one.

other than 'Chuck Norris kicks a***. Richard Lynch is classic in this 1985 film. This blu-ray is the best this film has ever looked.

I bought this because I love Chuck Norris. I did not watch the movie til now, but I remember my dad had this movie on VHS tape.

If your a fan of Chuck Norris then you need to own this instant classic. To the upgrade to Blu-ray was worth it.
