I like sports movies and I actually remember when this story happened in the 1970s. Very cool.

Since football season is at hand, this movie is great to watch right now. It is a great success story and for those who want to watch someone make it against tough odds...this is a movie for you. Some of the film is interesting how they put old games together. If your team has a bye, sit down and watch this on a Sunday afternoon. Enjoy

This was a movie a person would watch only one time just to see what it was about. After watching it, I was abit disappointed it could have been made better. The ending seemed a bid odd to me. It was not as good as some of the other football movies based on true stories.

This movie seems to fall into a generally pleasing sports movie. Doesn't really offer anything new, other than it being based on a true story which is neat. Once you've seen it once, there is really not a whole lot of reason to watch it again, therefore it is difficult to recommend owning.

I know this movie is based on a true story, but it just seem like the other feel-good movies (Remember the Titans, & The Rookie). Through soical issues, a player or team breaks down those same issues to become a legends.
