I have used KVM switches for decades now and in many environments, and it continues to amaze me how these have shrunk in size while increasing in speed. This IOGear switch is being used to toggle between my wife's Windows 10 desktop and laptop computers sharing a single large 1080p display, keyboard, and mouse. Setup was nearly instant and I love that the remote control allows me to hide the hub out of sight behind the display. Both computers connected immediately and so far we haven't experienced a single drop when idle. Also, the remote switches between computers fast enough so I'm unsure why others have complained about this? The only very minor gripe is that you must use the remote control to toggle between computers; this device does not support a keyboard shortcut like most other hubs. However, the excellent price point and qualify of IOGEAR make this a very acceptable trade-off. Hopefully this will stand the test of time. Regardless, giving it a great review because it has exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the money!

Works seamlessly - easy to setup and operate. The whole family is able to use it.

i'm older, have two small screen laptops (Microsoft Surface 3 and a Lenova Chromebook) and needed to hook both to a single 32 in. monitor. Ordered the IOGEAR 2-port switch, 3 minutes of hookup time (took me longer to hide the wires that to hookup) and now, all I have to do is press a single button to switch from one to the other! Great value, easy hookup, quality video, what's not to like!

Great product, works really well. I've had products from IOGear before and they work really good. I have a work laptop, and a personal tower, curved monitor and a gaming mouse, and it allows me to use the laptop and my equipment (except the tower) together and then my tower and my equipment when its for personal use. Keeps work separate. Love kvm's.

This was exactly what I needed for a dual-monitor setup while working from home. Device had enough plugins for additional devices, including keyboard, and speakers, also. Great product and reasonably priced!

Works as advertised. Very helpful if you need to use multiple computers (not at the same time) with 1 monitor, keyboard and mouse.

It worked fine when it did, but suddenly the HDMI cable in port 2 stopped working. I verified this by switching the HDMI and USB cables in port 1 to my computer, and it worked. The next day even that stopped working, so the entire thing was broken. Luckily I was able to get a refund even though it was slightly beyond the return period.

Did not work. Tried it on two laptops and two desktops. HP and Lenovo and Dell. Experimented many hours with different combinations because I really needed this thing to work! Terrible waste of time.

It's good. Worked better than the one (I decided that it was broken). STill has a bit of lag time when switching between computers. But, maybe that is how it is supposed to be.

Easy to set up and use, works great. Sharing a monitor between 2 PC's works greta.
