Disappointing adapter with Windows 7

However the connection kept dropping. Customer Service was helpful, but nothing fixed the problem. I don't know if the problem was Window 7, the mouse, or this adapter. But I gave up and returned it.

It works just not very well

The setup was not as easy as most USB devices are I had to download new drivers from the product website because the ones windows had were old and kept giving me problems. Now that I have the headphones connected everyone is working but the range seems to be limited compared to other bluetooth transmitters.
