    After Reading The Best Buy Reviews Even Though I Saw A Person Saying This Product Sucked I Thought Maybe It Will Work For Me Man Was I Wrong This Is A Piece Of Junk It Don't Restore Any Pictures If Your Looking To Get Your Pics Music Anything Restored Your Wasting Your Time . Thank Gosh I Got To Return It To Best Buy With No Problem Quick & Easy !!

    I have an external USB HD. One day I couldn't connect to it, but I still wanted the information it. I looked on the web and found the average cost to be ~$80 for similar software which made me very sceptical. I installed the software on my PC and it worked pretty good. It took ~1.5hrs for the software to locate my "lost" files and ~60hrs for it to recover it. I lost ~25GB of data and the software was able to recover all of it. Very good purchase that I would certainly recommend! The downside to this software is that nothing recovered had any names to it. The software recovered all of the data, but nothing was named appropriately. The files recoverd as File 1, File 2, File 3...instead of the names I had actually put on them like "Beach Photo", "Lake House" or "Family Photo".

    Bad customer service. The company did not refund my money after the product failed to perform as advertised.
