    The sound quality is okay, but I CANNOT get the audio to sync with the video. This is despite the speaker being less than 2 feet from the dongle and after upgrading my bluetooth dongle and updating all drivers, etc. I tried every troubleshooting thing under the sun & even checked in with MicroSoft and Ion forums & chat support. Maybe I got a dud or something. But it just won't sync up.

    Great sound but microphone doesn’t work - people on a call/zoom/etc cannot hear you and is echo-y at best. I would have purchased something else if all I wanted was speakers. I purchased this for the speaker and microphone capacities. Returned.

    Gets connected to bluetooth and gets automatically disconnects in couple of seconds. Repeating pattern. Unable to use as a bluetooth device to MacBook. Returning.
