One of the best buy salesman was very rude and I was told that I didn't read the information correctly. This salesman lacked in communications if he had scrolled down the information I had read would have validated my complaint. After, speaking with a higher management who scrolled down and confirmed that my complaint was valid. Vendor stated online that microphone was included and the microphone was not included

Great Bluetooth speaker

When I unpacked the speaker, I was surprised to see that it was smaller than what I had imagined it to be. There’s quite a bit of styrofoam used to protect it during shipping. Despite its smaller size, the sound is good and the bass is pretty punchy. Good battery life and it’s water resistant. The FM radio is pretty good as well.
