Unfortunately this product did not work at all. I had to return it to a store because I didn't want to ship it. I'm sure that I was just one of the unlucky ones. It would have been great if it actually worked.

Easy to use, easy to clean, works as advertised for a change!

Bought this 6 mos. ago with no problems. I cleaned it several times and could see the dust it was collecting (GREAT!) Then the clean light came on again for another cleaning. Cleaned the blades like I've done in the past and how the manual says, let them dry, and placed them back in the unit. Now the clean light stays on and the unit does not run!! Cleaned them again and again - same thing; clean light stays on! Used an air compressor on the unit; clean light stays on! After researching this problem on the internet, seems MANY have encountered the same problem. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk!

Haven't seen much difference since it's summertime. Winows are open so not sure if that doesn't help. Will be able to see in the winter where we usually have the issues with dust.

Its a good product. It cleans well and the only issue is the bright led light.

I bought this in Febuary And just love it. Works great and quite.

This air purifier is great. I can breath easier, especially while I sleep since I have cats. My girlfriend can too with her alergies. Doesn't cost much for electricity and easy to clean.

Now, maybe I'm just ignorant to what an air purifier is or does and if so you can totally disregard this review. My girlfriend and I bought this purifier in the hopes that it would help reduce our dust/pet hair problems and at the same time freshen the air quality. Now I don't want to sound negative or anything but, we used the Ionic Pro for two months and all it ever really did was emit an odd smelling scent and attract a little bit of dust to the metal blades that are found on the inside of the purifier. The scent reminded me of a fried circuit board and the amount of dust it collected wasn't any greater than any of the rest of the electronics I own. It does make for an awesome night light though thanks to the powerful blue led that indicates the power setting.

Very good...quiet and works great...bothered my asthma...but had that warning on it....so passed it on to a friend

my IONIC PRO does a good job, however cleaning can be very fussy and if the unit breaks down it can not be repaired, but replaced only.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. absolutely no noise and very affectionate. Perfect for my small apartment.

I dont know if it even works. The light is on and it acts like its on. It has been running for 4 months without a cleaning. The light to tell you it needs cleaning has never come on. I look inside and it is a little dirty. Who knows if its working right?
