But it would not work with the trucks car play system without put an additional cord to connect Apple car play and that vehicle didn’t use usb c plug. The device moved and and fell off. I gave it to some one else but I should have returned it if I’m honest.

Posted .Hi Odin, I am sorry for the negative experience you've faced thus far. While, we can't accommodate every car, there are compatible usb converters that would work for your vehicle.
Not compatible with all cars

They work in accessory mode but the second i turn the ignition on, it flashed red as is just a paperweight phone mount at that point, get your stuff together iottie this is a simple problem to fix that apparently never made it past QA

Cheap material. Doesn’t last

Falls off easy!

Posted .Hi Christine, we apologize for the negative experience you have faced thus far. It sounds like you are having a power issue. It seems like the issue may be that the device is not receiving enough power. This happens when the cable or the cigarette car adapter plug is not utilizing the full output. If you have a compatible USB plug in your car or another cigarette lighter plug, can you please test this out? Alternatively, you can use the wall charger in your home, with a compatible charger.
Can you please test the Cigarette Lighter Adapter: and create a video demonstrating this?
- Plug it into your car cigarette port
- Plug into Cradle/Phone Holder device
- If it does not charge, use same adapter and cord, plug it into another compatible device.
- If this does not charge, it is the Cigarette Lighter Adapter issue.
- To check if it is the cable, please use another cable, in the same cigarette car adapter, plugged into the device.
If this fails, can you can contact iOttie Customer Support to resolve this issue? Thank you.
