    Only lasted 5 months. It’s broken already. Cheap material. I purchased a cheapest one at amazon a year ago, same stuff, different brand, still working perfectly.

    My phone falls off too easy when I'm driving. It's dangerous to put it back on when I have to keep driving Lyft!

    Do not buy. They do not work. They only charge when it feels like it. Would never buy again!

      Hi Christine, we apologize for the negative experience you have faced thus far. It sounds like you are having a power issue. It seems like the issue may be that the device is not receiving enough power. This happens when the cable or the cigarette car adapter plug is not utilizing the full output. If you have a compatible USB plug in your car or another cigarette lighter plug, can you please test this out? Alternatively, you can use the wall charger in your home, with a compatible charger.
      Can you please test the Cigarette Lighter Adapter: and create a video demonstrating this?
      - Plug it into your car cigarette port
      - Plug into Cradle/Phone Holder device
      - If it does not charge, use same adapter and cord, plug it into another compatible device.
      - If this does not charge, it is the Cigarette Lighter Adapter issue.
      - To check if it is the cable, please use another cable, in the same cigarette car adapter, plugged into the device.

      If this fails, can you can contact iOttie Customer Support to resolve this issue? Thank you.
