    I thought I could use this to plug in my iPhone to apple play but I need to plug my phone into a usb port not the round charger port in my car. I can use it had a phone holder.

    It worked at first, but after i drove and turned the car off. The arms wouldn't open, even though, its supposed to have a back up battery to allow you to push a button to open the arms so you can grab your phone, when the car is off. Also autosense and the buttons to open the arms stopped working, even with the car on. I returned it and exchanged it and had the same problem with the new one. So, this is either a faulty device, or it only works with certain cars. I ended up getting the Bracketron - PwrUp Qi Automatic.

    This mount is really nice and appropriately closes to the phones size, it’s durable and charges while it is mounted. It also is out of the way for easy and convenient use while on the go.

    so far so good. I accidentally broke the first one I had by not pressing the button on the back to release the phone. this wore out the gears that move the arms and it stopped working. be sure to release by pressing the button on the side/back. solid with minimal bounce in the arm when going over bumps.

    I have Onetouch holder from iOttie and now I purchased 2 weeks back Autosense2, and I have faced issues with it. At times the arms does not open, nor close. Not sure if this is due to sensor issue or if this is due to extreme weather of MI (which is -9 degree centigrade). My other issue with the Onetouch manual holder, it gets detached and falls down from the mount base during summer due to the heat,

    The item had a defect. I went into the store and had to switch it and both had a defect with the car port. If the car port worked i believe this would be a great product.

    This was hands down one of the most frustrating in-store experiences I’ve ever had. I bought a product from this location, and less than 24 hours later, I brought it back because it was missing pieces. I had the receipt, the packaging, everything. I had even contacted customer support beforehand, who told me I could return it. How is it okay to sell a defective product and then refuse to take it back less than a day later? That’s not just bad service—that’s disrespectful. Best Buy, you lost a loyal customer today. Get it

    Theoretically a great product and worked okay for a month. The windshield attachment worked great, the rest of it didn't work so well. The ball joint was never stable requiring tightening almost every day to keep the phone from drooping. Fairly slow charging compared to similar products. Three months in, the arms stopped working, making it completely useless

      Hi Hector, I'm so sorry you've faced this negative experience. Have you tried adjusting the feet or testing if the charger works in your house with a compatible power brick and cable?     Ive had to return this once and now im returning the return. Theres a status light on the unit. All it does is flash red and not charge any phone. I tried using it with my Pixel 8a, but both units just flashed red and wouldn't charge. It's also supposed to have an internal battery so the phone can be released when the car is off, but the battery never worked.

      We apologize for your negative experience using the Auto Sense 2.

      By reading your description, it seems like an alignment issue. Have you tried adjusting the feet? Unfortunately, if there is interference with the wireless charging area, the light may flash red as well. For instance, metal on a phone case or facing the screen inwards to the device.

      Anything that will interfere with a solid connection.

    Not strong enough for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The weight of the phone combined with the bumpiness of my truck caused the cradle to tilt downward as I drove. Granted a truck is more bumpy than a car, so maybe it's fine for car use.
