This is an excellent product. This only down side to this product is the Cigarette charger. It doesn't have enough power to charge the iPhone. It opens the cradle but doesn't charge the iPhone. Make sure that the bottom arm cradle is extended down to fit your "MAX" model iPhone. I contacted iOttie and they said that they are reengineering their chargers. So if you buy one of these make sure it has no problem charging. Otherwise you will need to contact their customer service via email and let them know your issue. Their customer service is very quick to reply to emails and sent me new upgraded cigarette chargers and everything works as intended. I recommend this product and like its customer service.

With the previous purchase of the same model, once it was inst3I never had to do anything. With my current version every other week it just falls off the dash.

Had trouble getting the disc to stick to my dash, so just mounted to window. No issues at all otherwsie. Love it.

Versatile and works great

This one is the BEST. It can hook up to the vent and stays in place or you can attach it to the dash. It is easy and works PERFECT. Buy it!
