Installation in the vent took just a few seconds. Much better than our previous holder.

It's super easy to attach phone to the gadget, which I love if I forget to do before starting out for a drive. Just push and it clicks in solidly. Also detaching while it requires some dexterity to do with one hand is pretty easy and re sets for easy attachment the next time you want to use it. So overall very pleased.
