Solid build but a little stiff

You have to drop your phone onto the platform in order to activate the side clamps

Cell phone holder.

Item defective; customer service won’t help

It fits into the vent fine, but with it constantly tilting back down, the product is useless. I was just outside of the return window, so I tried to contact their customer service/warranty department who sent me a replacement “cradle knob” but once you install it, the ball of the item cannot fit into the socket, which makes the item not useable at all. I tried to put the cradle knob on in many different ways, even the way they provided in a video, but to no success. Replied back to them asking for answers and have received no reply. Super disappointing, 0/10 would not recommend.

I "accidently" ordered/pick-up the CD model first
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought I originally ordered this model but when I picked up at store, w/o checking I brought home the CD slot insert model. Tbh I haven't yet figured out a way to make the vent insert model fit as well as the CD one. I may decide to mount the dash mount. Overall the unit seems well made and it's easy to use.
