I originally purchased this to use in the car, BUT I did not notice that it does not charge my phone wirelessly. So I returned it. Bleh

good quality strong phone holder.happy with performance

I wish this unit would have had wireless charging in it. As of now you have to put a charging cord in your phone and a power cord in the holder.. makes for a 2 cord holder

Not a bad product, I was looking for a cellphone cradle with wireless charging and picked this up instead. It doesn't have wireless charging....but it didn't say that it did, so that's on me. You download an app to have the cradle connect to the Alexa app but there is no built-in microphone or speaker so you are relying on the phone, again, the packaging doesn't say it has those features. In the end, I just use the cradle to hold my phone and don't really use it as it was intended beyond that.

The mount itself is excellent. The one-hand operation is good. However, do not buy this for the Alexia feature. You have to use the iOttie app to connect to the mount first. Then it hands it off to the Alexa app. Sometimes this works, other times, it does not. It would be MUCH better if you just connected to the Alexia app directly. The Alexia Auto connects seamlessly, so if you want Alexa in the car, go that direction.

This is a very conversion tool to have in your car. It really helps when I need to look at the GPS on my phone. It helps me keep my eyes on the road while also being able to glance at where I’m supposed to go

I have purchased other products for my vehicle to keep my Iphone hands free and this has worked the best for myself. Keeps my phone more visible for use especially for using my GPS.

This item works really well. It can hold any phone I place in it. It stays in place without worrying of being detached. Its Alexa feature is easy to set up and and makes navigation convenient.

Galaxy S10+ with current versions of both Alexa app and iOttie app. Connected to iOttie, but would not connect to Alexa after the that. Uninstalled everything... reinstalled everything... followed three tutorials... gave it 45 minutes and I'm returning. Would not recommend, at least for someone with a Samsung.

Works great, easy to install, and fair price. Alexa is a nice added touch. You will love it if you buy it. Same price as Amazon so it is nice to get immediately.

Works as advertised. Having Alexa built-in is a great advantage. Adheres very well and can set line of sight easily. I recommend it as the price is also reasonable.

I purchased the iotti back in early February. The only problem I'm having is that sometimes I have to repeat myself to built in Alexa several times before it actually works. Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem.

Great Product, as long as Alexa is running in the back ground on your phone, it’s an instant connection every time, and having Alexa in the car is pretty cool!!

Eliminates plugging in for recharge and multi position bracket allows mounting anywhere. Online and in box directions very limited.

This is truly a great product first one that I have found that I feel that could be configured to fit any vehicle comfortably

I dont use this as much as I thought i would. It does what it says it does. The cord to plug in is an eye sore (in the way of the center console/radio in the car)

Bought this for my wife’s SUV, and she says it’s great. It definitely helps her when she needs to be hands free.

I got this for my Iphone 12 pro max. It holds the phone just fine, the charging part is not strong enough to charge through the otterbox defender case. The suction mount is good and holds strong.

The idea behind it is fantastic but the fact that it has to be reconnected every time I restart my car is ridiculous. I don’t always get in my car with 5 minutes to spare opening and connecting apps to listen to my music. That’s the whole point of having Alexa in your car.

I’m not thrilled with this device. Had it for about 6 months and it disconnects my husband’s phone from his car and doesn’t work half the time. When it does work, it works great and very convenient. I just don’t feel like it’s reliable.
